Why we started
If you have ever tried to buy a plot or rent a house in and around Tiruppur, you know how the process usually goes: dozens of unverified classified ads, the same property posted by several brokers at different prices, unclear approval status on layouts, and very little help understanding patta, chitta, the encumbrance certificate or the registration process.
Property Wall was started in Tiruppur to fix that. We are an independent platform, not a franchise of a national portal. Our focus is narrow on purpose: Tamil Nadu, district by district, taluk by taluk, so that we can actually verify listings and give people real local guidance instead of just collecting leads.
Today the platform lists residential flats and houses, independent villas, DTCP and RERA approved plots, agricultural land, commercial shops and offices, and PG accommodation. Every listing is checked before it is published, and our taluk representatives assist buyers and owners through site visits, price discussions, document checks and the sub-registrar process.

A listing only goes live after a field officer or taluk representative has confirmed the property is real, available and accurately described.
Local people, local knowledge
We build our network taluk by taluk. The person who helps you knows the roads, the going rates and the paperwork for that specific area.
Be clear about money and documents
Prices are shown with the breakup where possible, approval status is on every plot, and any service fee is agreed with you upfront. No hidden charges.
Owners and seekers, not just leads
Owners list for free and talk to genuine enquirers. Buyers and tenants deal with the people who actually hold the property.
How our network is organised
Taluk representatives
Each taluk has a representative responsible for onboarding listings in that area, verifying them, and helping buyers and tenants locally.
Pincode partners & field officers
Field officers do the on-ground checks. Pincode partners help cover specific localities in detail. If you would like to represent your area, apply to become a partner.
Vendors for property care
We are building a vetted list of service vendors, surveyors, documentation help, cleaning and maintenance, for owners who live away from their property.
