We take complaints seriously. Use this page to reach us about content on the platform, a fraudulent or misleading listing, or how your personal data is handled.

What you can raise here
- A property listing that is fake, fraudulent, duplicated, or materially misleading.
- Content that infringes your rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Impersonation of you, or a listing of your property posted without your authority.
- A data-protection request or complaint — access, correction, or erasure of your personal data, or withdrawal of consent (see the Privacy Policy).
- Any other violation of our Terms & Conditions or Disclaimer.
How to file
Email write2propertywall@gmail.com with the following, so we can act quickly:
- Your name and a contact email or phone number.
- The link (URL) to the listing or content, or the account concerned.
- A clear description of the problem and the outcome you are seeking.
- Any supporting documents or evidence (ownership proof, screenshots, etc.).
Logged-in users can also request erasure of their account and data directly from My Profile, and anyone can flag a live listing using the Report button on the listing page.
Our timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt for general grievances.
- Urgent content (impersonation, or content unlawful on its face): reviewed and acted on as quickly as possible, and within 72 hours where the law requires it.
- Data-protection requests: completed within 30 days of identity verification, in line with the Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a data-protection grievance, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For other grievances, you retain all rights and remedies available to you under Indian law. Where a listing or message may involve a crime, you can also report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
