Yes. Searching for property and contacting owners is completely free for buyers and tenants. Owners can also post a property for free. We do not charge a subscription to browse listings.

Where does Property Wall operate?

We are based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and most of our listings are in Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Erode and the surrounding districts. We are expanding taluk by taluk across the state, so coverage in some areas is still growing.

How do I contact the owner of a listing?

Accepted Answer

Open the property page and use the enquiry form or the 'reveal contact' option. Your enquiry goes to our team and to the person who listed the property. To protect owners from spam, phone numbers are shown only after you submit an enquiry.

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

You can browse without an account. You need to register to post a property, save enquiries, or track your listings. Registration takes a minute and only needs your name, email and phone number.

What does 'field-verified' mean?

Before a listing is published, one of our local field officers or taluk representatives visits or speaks to the owner to confirm the property is real, currently available, and matches the photos and description. Listings that cannot be verified are not published.

How do I list my property?

Register as a user, then use 'Post a property'. Add photos, the location, price, area and key details. Our team reviews and verifies the listing, and it usually goes live within one to two working days.

Question 7

Can I edit or remove my listing later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From 'My listings' you can update the price, photos and details at any time, mark the property as sold or rented, or remove the listing.

Why was my listing not approved?

Accepted Answer

Common reasons are incomplete details, unclear or stock photos, a price that does not match the area, or a property our team could not verify. You will see the reason in 'My listings' and can resubmit after fixing it.

Does Property Wall help with registration and paperwork?

Accepted Answer

Our taluk representatives guide you through site visits, price discussion, document checks (patta, chitta, encumbrance certificate, approvals) and the sub-registrar process. We are a facilitation platform, not a law firm, so for legal opinions we recommend an advocate.

What is DTCP / RERA approval and why does it matter?

DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning) approval means a layout is legally sanctioned for development. RERA registration is required for larger projects and protects buyers. Approved plots are easier to get a bank loan on and to resell. Every plot listing on Property Wall shows its approval status.

Can I get a home loan on properties listed here?

Accepted Answer

Most banks lend on approved properties with clear title. The property page shows approval and area details you can share with your bank. We can also connect you with our team for guidance on loan-eligible listings.

Is there any brokerage or commission?

Accepted Answer

Owners list for free and there is no charge to enquire. Where our representatives provide end-to-end assistance for a transaction, any service fee is agreed with you in advance and clearly stated. There are no hidden charges.
